two suggestions
1. Go to your local library and ask them to bring one in on interlibrary loan - study the book and make the notes you need especially concerning maintenance and maintenance schedules - PLEASE DON'T PHOTOCOPY the book and break copywrite! There is lots of extra stuff in the manual that likely you won't need for many years.
2. Do a search on EBAY - use the search words Suzuki Savage - I think there is a Clymer Manula there right now
